* Accounts can be paid monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually. The is a $5.97 service charge each time an account is billed if it is not billed annually.

Terms of Service

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Novus (Discover), American Express, Cash in US Currency, and Checks drawn on US Banks. All sales are final.
  
  
• AOI is not responsible for the renewal of domains not paid for prior to the renewal date. If you do not pay for the domain renewal prior to the renewal date you run the risk of losing that domain name. We send renewal invoices out 3 months in advance prevent you from losing your domain name.

  
  
• All fees are due upon completion of service if not stated otherwise.
  
  
• One half of the estimated fee for web development is due prior to starting a project (the balance of the actual time is due upon completion of web site template).
  
  
• A $25 service charge will be applied to accounts where no payment was made within the past 30 days.
  
  
• A service charge of 1.5% of the remaining balance will be added monthly to all accounts will a balance due past 30 days.
  
  
• There is a $25 service charge for all returned checks.
  

• Accounts past due 90 days or more are turned over to a collection agency and cancelled.
  
  
• In an effort to serve you better and offer lower prices, we offer annual, semi-annual, quarterly and monthly hosting. There are additional fees for accounts not paid annually (see above). We are able to offer lower pricing to you when your payment is made annually by paying for items such as shopping carts in advance as well as committing to a year of service ourselves.
  
  In making that commitment and getting the lower price which we pass on to you, we are not able to receive a refund from our vendors. They will however apply a credit to our account.
  
  Since we are unable to receive a refund ourselves for long term commitments we also can not offer refunds if you decide to cancel your account early. We will credit your account for any unused hosting time you have paid for which you may apply to another hosting account you have with us.
  
  We strongly recommend taking advantage of a shorter term agreement such as a monthly hosting if you are concerned about this policy. Please contact us directly with questions or concerns about our NO REFUND policy.
